This quest [1429] is called 'Busy Neighbor',
for Adventurers levels 60 to 120.
Lady Templeton [Templeton] is the master in charge of this quest.
It is quite obvious that our neighbors to the south are a hard working
group. With all of the factories and mills around the town, they are able
to export enough to afford a nice lifestyle. Here in Templeton, however, we
are surrounded by beggars as well as many poor and homeless citizens. I
would like you to journey south to Tellerium and acquire as much information
as possible about their factories, mills and other businesses. With that
information I will try to encourage the not so fortunate of Templeton to do
something useful with their lives. Your service will be well rewarded if
you are quick to return with this information!
