Description of Forever Thankful:
I have met many wonderful people over the years I have been a part of
this community. There have been many people who have gone out of their way
to make this city what it is today. I cannot say how thankful I am for
their efforts and hard work. I wish for them to know that their hard work
and efforts have been greatly appreciated. I am currently too busy to do it
myself so I am asking you to please visit the following people and let them
know just how much I appreciate their efforts. You assistance in this task
will earn you my gratitude as well as a tidy reward upon your completion of
this errand. May the Powers speed you on your way!

In the Templeton City Mission, south of Strange Herbs. —

Mission is actually 5 south 1 east of Elya's Bows. On the map however it does indeed appear to be south of Strange Herbs. —

Phase 3: Visit
Xebbert Durbann.
Rat catcher, wanders. Generally seems to stick to SW corner of templeton. —

A gateguard.
At the north or south gate of Sigil. —

Judge Strom.
This mobile can usually be found in the Templeton Courthouse in the southern part of Market Square. —

Phase 9: Visit
Senator Laveau.
Senator Laveau is in his Laveau Estate off the east of Mansion Walk/Warehouse Road. This is on the southeastern most side of Templeton. This mobile respawns on the 'second floor, west hall' in his mansion. —
