Description of New Social Reform:
First, I must thank you for taking the time to venture into my chambers and
undertake tasks for me - for that, I will eternally be grateful. It would
seem that the fact that you were able to make it here unaided would prove
your strength to begin with, so I must turn to you for assistance. There is
a reason that I greet you as such. Recently, there have been an
increasingly great number of complaints concerning the safety and
cleanliness of my city, as well as the surrounding areas. Gangs that
inhabit streets, mugged by the growing number of thieves, or simply
humiliated and disgusted, regularly attack tourists. Man-horse beasts
accost those journeying outside, while those fortunate enough to
successfully complete the trek to Tellerium are constantly besieged by
vagrants desperate for another night's meal. This is causing our thriving
tourist industry to dwindle, as well as being personally annoying -
therefore, you must do something about it, for the good of Templeton itself.
