Long Desc: A lazy vagrant asks all pedestrians that pass for a handout.

Homeless and destitute, this derelict accosts every passerby asking for
money.  Apparently having every earthly belonging in a ratty bag clutched
tightly to the body, this pathetic human has no answer when you inquire
about work, only wanting cash.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
