This quest [695] is called 'Illegal Brewers!',

Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
Recently, many youths of the great city of Tellerium have been found
vandalizing Towne Hall and the Royal Cathedral. In addition to their
crimes, when they were captured they seemed to be under the influence of
alcohol. The local tavern has denied selling any youngsters alcohol, and
the local citizens of Tellerium have been reporting to the sheriff's office
about suspicious activities occurring in the houses located on Brewer's Ally.
Your mission is to visit and carefully inspect the houses for illegal
alcohol brewing and punish anybody found brewing beer and selling them to
minors. The citizens of Tellerium are counting on you!
