Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
The disparity of wealth between the rich and the poor in this town has
been growing wider. I believe you are capable of helping me redistribute
the wealth and aiding the poor. There is a student who is very keen on
learning horse riding in the fighter's guild. I wish to gift him a riding
crop to rekindle the flame. I also know of this poor child who wanders in
our streets afflicted with a slow acting but deadly illness. Doctor
Felstaff was rumored to refuse treatment for the child because she could not
afford his exorbitant fees. Next in line would be helping a homeless person
get up on his feet and a helping hand would be greatly appreciated... A
band endowed with a precious stone, perhaps? Lastly, reward a waitress who
has worked all day at the cafe by waiting on her. Let the reign of
