Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
Tellerium's many thriving industries are constantly attracting new
residents and encouraging development. Because of our strong economy, the
tax rate is reasonably low yet still enough to support the operation of
government. Unfortunately, the town's chief financial officer seems to have
misplaced her records. Unless a replacement text is found, government
operation (including questing) cannot continue! Your task will be to
interview some of the private citizens involved in the financial system, and
see if they can direct you to finding a new book. When you do locate one,
please return it to our treasurer, she already has a lot of catching up to
do!
