The office of a bureaucrat of moderate importance, this office is
designed with two goals in mind: impressing visitors and re-election. 
Various plaques and awards are displayed throughout the office and memoranda
from Lord Telleri are carefully arranged on the desk to appear casual yet be
immediately noticeable by anyone wandering into the office.
