Long Desc: The treasurer is here collecting taxes and appropriating funds.

This female minotaur sits collecting taxes, recording the revenue and
depositing the funds into the drop safe buried in the floor beside her.  A
career as an elected official has caused her to constantly be thinking of
re-election, turning her from an idealistic youth to a cynical bureaucrat.
She is a minotaur approximately 6'0" tall.
