Recently it has come to my attention that some indecent acts are being
performed in cities throughout the realm. I need a righteous adventurer such
as yourself to seek out the perpetrators of these acts and punish them
justly. This quest will take you to far off places and requires you to
prove yourself in mortal combat.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to

7 practice points,
42000 experience points, and
9000 gold pieces.

Found in the NE corner of the very northern part of Frost Giant's Keep, past the NPK and Remorhaz. This NPC is found in the same room as the spectral guards, which will form with the king when it is attacked. —
