This quest is called 'Go Around The Evil!', for Adventurers levels
121 to
180.
Description of Go Around The Evil!:
Ever since Atlantis was discovered, curious adventurers have ventured
there to find out what lies beneath the ocean's surface. While most of the
adventurers have enjoyed themselves and returned to Sigil safe, however,
there have also been many people that have returned badly wounded, and even
some that never made it back. I have discovered that simply going there and
trying to wipe them all out will never work. That is why I came up with the
idea of you mapping out Atlantis. On the map will be where the more
dangerous creatures tend to live, so adventurers can ensure they stay out of
their way, and hopefully we will lose no more citizens to the deadly
creatures beneath the ocean. Return to me, having completed the quest, and
you shall receive a reward well worth the effort. May the Powers guide and
protect you!
