This quest is called 'Where's that man?', for Adventurers levels 60 to 119.
Description of Where's that man?:
I put in a call to the park keeper in Augustus Park to check on a small
detail from his last report, but he was nowhere to be found. After my
messenger asked around, he discovered that the park keeper hadn't been seen
in some time! I want you to try and figure out where he's wandered off to.
Your guess as to what has happened to him is as good as mine. However,
since guessing is not a very clever thing to do, and I have no time to waste
on such trivial things.. I want to know! Find out and hurry back!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 30 quest points, 3 practice points, 16000 experience points, and 6000 gold pieces.
