I have got a function coming up in 4 hours for trade representatives from
Rune, Lowangen, and Xaventry to meet and discuss our plans for imports and
exports. I need you to find me the food items listed below, and then double
check on the hall that we're using. I also want you to drop into the hotel
these fine people will be staying at - and report EVERY single problem to
me. For your effort on my behalf, I will reward You handsomely. Oh - and
also - if you see anyone that may give our friends a bad impression... You
may dispose of them as you wish.

Room 3 of the Flying Butress Inn, the first door to the north when you enter (need key 3 if locked). The Inn is in the SE of town. —

Flying Buttress Inn Room #2 (but the key is listed #3 in the shop list). —
Katran
Phase 5: Defeat
A bum.
Kill a bum in the town dump north off of Pine Road. —
