Questmaster: Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel]
This quest is called 'Netis Investigation', for Adventurers levels 20 to 50.
Description of Netis Investigation:
The head doctor of New Rigel Sanitarium troubles me greatly. I have heard
some rather disturbing rumors regarding his past and I am fearful of him
heading up the Sanitarium if he is not the man for the job. I would like
you to investigate this man's mysterious past, and find out if he is
qualified for the job. I want you to check out the Town of Rune, as he was
there previous to his joining us in Rigel. Also, it'd be good to check out
where he worked last. Finally, I'd like you to visit with the good Doctor
himself and give me your impression of him and his behavior. The fine city
of New Rigel will reward you in full for your labor on it's behalf. May the
Powers go with you!
