Description of Power to the People!:
It is hard for me to admit that the Sigil economy is not doing very well.
The harvests are expected to be poor due to the recent unexpected changes in
weather and unemployment is on the rise. It saddens me to see my fellow
Sigilians resort to begging on the streets to make a living. However, the
thing that really infuriates me is that some black hearted slavers in
Diocletian Palace are taking advantage of the situation and tricking our
people into becoming slaves to their corrupted aristocrats. It has become
necessary to provide proper food and shelter to our fellow townsmen as well
as deliver severe punishments to those criminals in Diocletian Palace!

In Sigil by the mirrors Ilandrama library search for a journal of acron, give the journal to Kanthar for the orange. He's through a hidden door on the east side of the library. —

The journal is actually hidden in the sw corner of the library. Everything else is the same. —

There is also an orange tree after you enter the mirror in Kanthar's room and go north and east. —
