This quest is called 'Guard's Key',
for Adventurers levels 121 to 150.
Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
A prison guard has informed me that they have lost the keys to the jail
cells. After the area was thoroughly searched, a parchment was found. It
appears to be the calling card of a lesser known thief. We were able to
apprehend the thief. Unfortunately, the thief had lost the key as he
traveled. He was seen at a few of the local inns in the area. We suspect
he stopped at Templeton to enjoy himself at several of the inns before he
went to his hide out at the Frost Giants Keep. There is a chance the
innkeeper may have mistaken the key for one of his own. I would like for
you to check the inns that the this thief may have stayed at. But, before
you leave town, I wish for you to ask the locksmith if he is able to replace
the locks if in fact the key was lost for good.
