Description of Annual Tower Climbing Competition:
Every year, on this date, my rogue friend Harman in Lowangen sponsors an
annual tower climbing competition, in the tower of art. The challenge is
for adventurers to climb to the top of the tower as quickly as possible,
while visiting a creature on each floor to prove that he or she passed every
floor and did not cheat.. The adventurer that climbs the tower the fastest
while stopping on every floor will be paid well and rewarded for his
efforts. I am calling upon you to enter the race representing the fair town
of New Rigel! Do your best, and you will be generously rewarded by myself
for your efforts.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 45 quest points, 5 practice points, 20000 experience points, and 10000 gold pieces.
