Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Greetings, adventurer. I have a job for you, to which I think you are well
suited. A scholar in New Rigel has asked for a few miscellaneous trinkets,
that are available only from Arcane Archipelago, that dangerous island to
the southeast. However, I do not have anyone available at the moment to
make the trip overseas. Therefore, I would like you, adventurer, to travel
over to Arcane and gather a few things that are needed. You will need to
visit a few of the shops there, as well as hunt some of the local wildlife.
Return as quickly as you can, and you will be well rewarded for your
efforts. Watch out for some of the more aggressive animals in Arcane, as
they may not be too friendly towards visitors. Oh, and please check in with
the scholar in question to tell him that the items requested are available
for pickup. Tread lightly, and may the Powers protect you.
