This quest is called 'Nursing Home', for Adventurers levels

180.
Description of Nursing Home:
It has come to my attention that the guards in the great town of Sigil
are not growing any younger, and are unable to provide the protection that
they once did. We need to attract new, younger blood to Sigil, preferably
well trained. Travel to the nearby towns of Diocletian and Vospire, where,
after consulting with their guard leaders, find out what guards they can
provide us with before reporting back to me. Before I am to be sure of
their guards' worth, however, I require you to test some of their older
guards, and report their abilities directly back to me. Also, visit the
younger guards themselves, scouting for any strong youngsters.

An elite warrior mage.
Can be found in Diocletian. Be aware that there are 2 types. Ones that stand guard in the central passageway of the castle and ones that wander. This quest calls for the wandering variety. —
