This quest is called 'Ruining Their Reputation', for Adventurers levels 30 to 60.
Description of Ruining Their Reputation:
Recently, it has come to my attention that there has been a number of
poachers pretending to be sailors in Sigil in the past few weeks. They have
used their identity to, when sailing on the boat, caught endangered species
only accessible by boats. Pirquen, the shipwright tries his very best to
catch any poachers around Sigil and they took advantage of the good
reputation sailors have to fool Pirquen. He will not be pleased when he
finds out what has happened. Nevertheless, he must know. I need you to
inform him of what the poachers are doing before tracking them down and
punishing them. Before you return to me, ensure you save any endangered
fish from danger of being killed by these ruthless killers. Good Luck! May
