NPC: Pirquen, the shipwright
Long Desc: A stocky, barrel-chested dwarf is here, issuing orders to the workers.

Who says dwarves don't like the sea?  Pirquen is definitely the exception
to the rule.  Bored, years ago, with the underground and undermountain
dwellings of the dwarves, he set out to explore the oceans of Alyria.  He
gained a brief reputation as a pirate during an exceptionally bad spell of
time but cleaned up his act and eventually accepted an apprenticeship to
Yuril, the former shipwright of Sigil.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'5" tall.
