This quest is called 'Pirate Thugs!',
for Adventurers levels 30 to 59.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
One of Alyria's busiest shipping lanes, located between Sigil and Rune, has
recently been infested by dangerous and highly aggressive pirates. They
appear to have taken advantage of the fact that it is always very busy as it
is one of the few ways there are to reach Sigil, by both passenger and
trading ships. If these pirates continue to patrol this shipping lane,
there will not be a sailor in Alyria brave enough to risk getting captured
by these thugs, and Sigil will lose everything it has! You must travel to
wherever, talk to whomever, and do whatever you can to ensure these pirates
are stopped before they destroy Sigil! Good Luck! May the Powers guide and
