NPC: A lost sailor
Long Desc: A lost sailor is here, clinging to a piece of floating timber.

The lost sailor was once upon a mighty ship which sank during a violent
storm.  Now he clings desperately to a piece of timber from that ship's mast
hoping to reach an island before his float becomes waterlogged and sinks
into the ocean's depths.  The sailor is dressed in tattered clothes that
hang loosely and water soaked to his body.  His skin is white and wrinkled
from the extended time he has spend in the water.  He calls out for you to
help him, help him save his life, as he continues to drift along with the
current.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
