I want to host a beach party, but so many of the beaches around here are
filled with vermin and trash. Please go to a nearby beach and explore a
bit. Tell me of the things you find there and whether or not it would make
a good spot. I do not mind if there are a few bad creatures, as I can
always clear the beach later. You can help with the clearing effort by
getting rid of some of the drift wood you might find. Hurry back. I have a
new swimsuit that I have been dying to show off!!

*Up to 30 quest points, 5 practice points, 25,000 experience points,
 3 build points, 0 piety, and 7,000 gold pieces.
