NPC: A halfling nomad
Long Desc: A halfling nomad is here, wading through the shallow water.

The halfling nomad stands drinking from this shallow pool, although it is
having some difficulty because of its size, as the water comes up to its
waist.  The robust nomad eventually gets upset and splashes water all over
the place until it realizes it can splash the water directly into its
parched mouth.  What a brilliant idea!
He is a halfling approximately 4'0" tall.
