I want to host a beach party, but so many of the beaches around here are
filled with vermin and trash. Please go to a nearby beach and explore a
bit. Tell me of the things you find there and whether or not it would make
a good spot. There will most likely be some hostile creatures that I will
need you to clear out. Hurry back. I have a new swimsuit that I have been
dying to show off!!

*Up to 30 quest points, 7 practice points, 25,000 experience points,
3 build points, 0 piety, and 7,000 gold pieces.
*The item 'a jar of yellow sand'.
