Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Pirquen, Sigil's loyal shipwright has recently requested a favour of me.
His cousin, a long-time sailor, was unfortunately caught up in the middle of
an attempt by Vospire to put a stop to pirates, following a recent series of
pirate attacks. I, myself, have never met Pirquen's cousin but I completely
trust Pirquen and as he informed me that his cousin is innocent, I believe
him and will do all I can to help him. The arrest occurred when Vospire
guards searched his boat, and discovered weapons on-board. I have been
informed that they were simply a defense against pirates, should he ever
need to protect himself and his boat. As you can see, his arrest was a
mistake that I need you to correct as soon as possible! Also, until we are
able to achieve that, please deliver supplies to him and ensure he is
comfortable. Before returning to me, inform Pirquen that we are doing
everything we can to free his cousin! May the Powers guide and protect you!
