NPC: The Warden
Long Desc: The Warden is here, tending to his prison.

Before you stands a man at medium height.  He bears scars on his face too
numerous to count.  He has halted many escape operations and has been
assaulted by the prisoners many times.  Much to their dismay he is a skilled
fighter who is quite capable of doing some damage.  His bright green eyes
bear a look of fierceness.  He bows slightly as you approach.
It is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
