This quest [1779] is called 'Re-Capture!',
for Adventurers levels 60 to 119.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
I received a letter from the Warden of Vospire yesterday and was shaken
to discover that one of his prisoner's had escaped. As if that was not bad
enough, it was also the same one that had attempted to murder me last year.
He is extremely cunning and I fear he is out to get me again. All of the
guards in Sigil and Vospire are out searching for him but I would still feel
safer if you do what I ask of you. I want you to travel to Vospire to check
out their jail system and make sure that no prisoner's will escape from
there in the future. I also want you to journey to Diocletian, pick up a
citizen soldier and bring him back here for use as a bodyguard until the
prisoner is captured once again. May the Powers guide and protect you!
