This quest [2490] is called 'What A Waste!',
for Adventurers levels 60 to 119.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
I was surprised to discover the amount of time and money we have spent on
tracking down prisoners that have escaped from the Vospire prison. I cannot
afford to keep it up, and this has pushed me to do something about it. I
want you to go to the Vospire prison, along with some guards, and greatly
increase the security there. Also, any prisoners that attempt to escape, do
not hesitate to defeat them. Make sure the Warden knows this, and before
returning to me you must give a weapon to the Warden to use on any prisoners
trying to escape. No longer will we put up with this! May the Powers guide
and protect you!
