Description of Gold Shortage!:
I appreciate you helping me out, but I'm afraid my gold supply is running
a bit low. I haven't been able to collect the taxes from the citizens in
such a long time, for I fear the gang members around town may hurt me!
Perhaps you can do me a quick favor? There are a few citizens I trust,
please ask them if they can hand deliver their taxes to me. Can you also
please visit Lord Telleri and ask him for a loan? If he says no then teach
him a lesson. I'm sure those who live in Jasper Circle have enough money to
supply me. Do whatever it takes to get me their gold!!
