Description of A State Of Readiness:
Since New Rigel is centrally located in Sepharia, Lord Vashir recognizes
the importance of continual training for his adventurers and guards. For
this reason, he has mandated that all who serve him be involved with an
ongoing training regimen so that new Rigel will always be well prepared in
times of need. For this reason, you are to visit the various trainers to be
found in New Rigel and set up your training schedule. Since Lord Vashir
places great value on this effort, you will be rewarded for your hard work
preparing for the defense of New Rigel!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 23 quest points, 2 practice points, 16000 experience points, and 1800 gold pieces.
