Description of Dealing With Meddlers:
Little amuses Baron Nezak more than attempts to stifle its presence. It
occasionally comes from rogue agents, sometimes from armies, sometimes from
entire governments. A few of Decara's more moralistic elements - separate
from Glomus, he apparently knows better - have been working against us.
There is evidence of outside influence and interference. Some of them
really only have thoughts of doing good, but better to throw out the baby
with the bathwater. Destroy them all.

Dealing With Meddlers consists of:
Phase 1: Defeat A Decara city guard. [5 times]
All around Decara streets — Coan
this phase has been replaced with killing 5 of palace guards, which are in glomus's castle. — Dyna
Phase 2: Defeat A dungeon guard.
This is near the way to the spell trainer, so you have to kill glomus to get past. Also, you only have a 50% chance to kill them because they blow themselves up. — Dyna
Phase 3: Defeat A patriotic citizen.

Phase 4: Defeat Professor Varda.
