Quest: Testing Junk Weapons
This quest is called 'Testing Junk Weapons',

Baron Nezak [Towne of Decara] is the master in charge of this quest.

Still, a confession is in order. Some of the implements of death in this
world are - to be generous - eccentric. Their ability to inflict pain,
inflict doom, is in all likelihood non-existent. But Baron Nezak cannot
take chances. Leave the blades and clubs with the simpletons who wield
them, but return the unusual. If they provide no new way to eliminate
enemies, Nezak can equip our less loyal agents, and laugh as they attempt to
defend themselves.
