Description of Robber Barons!:
In the past few months, I have heard rumors about the local shop owners
here in Tellerium from young adventurers returning quests to me. They say
that these shop owners have been withholding items until the need for them
is very high in the economy, so that they can raise prices! You must visit
some of these robber barons in this town and teach them that what they are
doing is immoral and not the Tellerium way!
