This quest is called 'The Housing Industry', for Adventurers levels 10 to 50.
Description of The Housing Industry:
Young adventurer, it is important that you know that the fair town of
Tellerium is constantly attracting new visitors. So many people that visit
this excellent place have liked it so much that they have decided to build
homes here! There is already a small residential area in the northwest of
the Town Square, but it is small and not prepared for all of the new houses.
Please visit the local landlord there, as well as other places around town
in order to ensure their readiness for the expansion. It is important that
they know this quickly, so hurry back to receive the rewards for your
effort.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 25 quest points, 2 practice points, 5000 experience points, and 2500 gold pieces.
