Footsteps ring out, bouncing off the high arched granite ceiling of the
building housing the seat of government in Avros.  North along this hall
lies the Clerk's Office just outside the Governor's Office.  East leads to
Hall of Lords while the corridor to the west will take you to the Hall of
Elders.  Freelance Road lies outside the doors to the south.
A member of the honor guard stands at strict attention.
