Footsteps ring out, bouncing off the high arched granite ceiling of the
building housing the seat of government in Avros.  North along this hall
lies the Clerk's Office just outside the Governor's Office.  Intricately
detailed plasterwork decorates the walls reflecting the design of the marble
inlaid in the floors.
