This quest [1401] is called 'Animal Cruelty',
for Adventurers levels 120 to 180.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
I believe that any cruel person who dares harm a defenseless animal
should be dragged through he streets and then tied to a post to hang in the
noon sun without water. One of the stable boys whipped a poor horse to
death because it would not rise. Clearly if an animal does not rise in such
a case, something is wrong with it. This foolish boy has no right to be
near any animal, let alone a horse. I ask that you go deal with him and see
to the treatment of the horses yourself just to be sure they are well cared
for. Your mercy to these poor animals will not go unrewarded!
