This quest is called 'Fieldtrip!', for Adventurers levels 80 to 120.
Description of Fieldtrip!:
Greetings adventurer! I have devised a splendid trip for you to partake in.
Fear naught, for this will be both educational and enjoyable for you. I
require you to take a trip to make your way to the fair Palace of Diocletian
and manage a few tasks. Be sure pay the leaders a visit, oh I almost
forgot! My assistant Taron has recently informed me that the emperor has a
passion for blueberry pastries, I advise you give his majesty a gift while
you are in his presence if you wish to gain his favor. Anyhow, there are a
few dark corners in the palace to be sure to bring a light with you so you
can take notes on what you have learned on your visit. Whatever information
you obtain whilst on your trip, please report it to my assistant on your way
back. Oh! I nearly forgot, please bring me a souvenir from your trip. May
