This quest is called '...Did Not Expect That!',
for Adventurers levels 121 to 179.
Lord Vendredi [Sigil] is the master in charge of this quest.
Several hours ago, a suspected criminal was caught by Sigil cityguards and
was taken to the Captain's office for questioning. Somehow, he was badly
injured during that time, and was taken to hospital. Unfortunately, he died
shortly after arriving there. When his friends and family heard of the
incident, they angrily began rioting through Sigil, smashing everything in
sight. Innocent citizens are being Hurt in the middle of all this! Even
worse is that we are unable to stop the angry mob because our guards were
caught by surprise! It is of maximum importance that you immediately travel
to Vospire and Diocletion and return, as soon as possible, with enough
guards to put a stop to this deadly situation. Also, do your best to assist
the guards, but you must remember not to hurt them, as this would only
infuriate them further. Please take them to Vospire Prison until we have
gotten the situation under our c ontrol. Good Luck! May the Powers guide
