This quest is called 'Bold and Beautiful', for Adventurers levels 120 to 180.
Description of Bold and Beautiful:
Today we celebrate the bold and beautiful ladies of our fine world. They
have done so much for our us. But now it is time for them to be noticed and
thanked for their lovely services in our towns. Thus I shall send roses to
every woman who we need to thank. But unfortunately the flower shops don't
deliver so I need you to travel and give these fair ladies a present with my
regards. For I feel they might feel as though they were forgotten. This
quest will require you to travel to the towns of Rune, Sigil, Xaventry, and
Templeton. Thus I need you to move quickly for time is of the essence.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 35 quest points, 4 practice points, 30100 experience points, and 10000 gold pieces.
