Quest: Planting the Seeds of Chaos

This quest [1852] is called 'Planting the Seeds of Chaos',
for Adventurers levels 90 to 180.
Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
There have been a series of skirmishes between the Frost Giants and the
forces of Tellerium in the recent months. After some investigations, it has
been revealed that the source of trouble is Templeton. Lady Templeton has
sought to divert the giants' attention from Templeton and hatched a devious
plan to sow discord between Tellerium and the Frost Giants. I have been
advised by my advisors to react swiftly by giving her a taste of her own
medicine. Though I am not in favour of such a plan of action, I have to
bear the responsibility of keeping Tellerium safe. You will have the task
of exacting retribution on Templeton while I think of a long term solution
that may involve peaceful methods. For now, here's what you can do for me.
Obtain an ice boulder from Frost Giant's Keep and a government issued sword
from the Templeton. These will be the seeds of chaos. Kill one of the
Frost Giant Guard and spread word that Lady Templeton's men have committed
the crime. You will need to do the same with one of the town guards in
Tellerium. Make it look as if it was done by the Frost Giants. Plant the
seeds accordingly and report back to me when you are done. Be wary of the
other adventurers camping around the keep, they may be Lady Templeton's men
who would not hesitate to kill you.
