Lord Agrippa tells you, "I have been receiving word from watch posts
along the coast that Captain Mericus and his band of cut-throats has been
sighted yet again in our waters. Given the trouble he and his crew have
caused in the past I have decided to send you to deal with him before he
gets out of hand again. Feel free to take whatever actions are necessary to
deal with the Captain and his crew to ensure we don't have any repeats of
past events. You will be well rewarded for your efforts upon your return
with news that the menace has been dealt with!"
