The King of Vospire has always been reluctant to entertain my various
political musings. When he first came into power, I feared that he was
being too cautious to make a decision that would cause him to fall out of
favor, but it has come to my attention that there is actually another more
mysterious factor at work. Please visit our neighbors in Vospire and
Diocletian so you can get to the bottom of this. Emperor Diocletian can
commiserate with my frustrations, and perhaps he has uncovered more
information about the King's behavior. Please consult with other high
ranking officials in Vospire as well.
