Questmaster: Lord Telleri [Tellerium]
This quest is called 'Tournament', for Adventurers levels 25 to 60.
Description of Tournament:
Although Tellerium maintains strong peaceful relations of trade and
diplomacy with the surrounding lands we also like to pride ourselves as
being ready for war if it ever became necessary. For many years we have
enjoyed a peaceful state and war has not been necessary which has allowed
the city of Tellerium to flourish into a successful trade port. I
appreciate the peace as do the majority of our citizens, but I fear that
some of the warriors may be dispirited by this long period of calm and they
may lose touch with what it really means to be a true warrior of Tellerium.
I have kept the soldiers in rigorous training but that may not be enough to
keep morale up, and to that end I have decided to host a tournament for the
fighters of Tellerium. I need you to help make the necessary preparations
for the tournament to begin as soon as possible. You will need to reserve
the arena and notify all the honorable halls of warriors for a general
tournament. Make sure to inform the guilds as well, and make it known that
any able warrior is invited to enter the tournament, and that all of the
honor guard are expected to enter. I also want you to do a thorough
inspection of the arena to make sure it is ready for this event. The spirit
of battle and honor shall flourish in Tellerium forever as we honor our past
and embrace the future of our fair city.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 24 quest points, 3 practice points, 12000 experience points, and 4000 gold pieces.
