This quest is called 'Business As Usual', for Adventurers levels 60 to 120.
Description of Business As Usual:
It is once again time to check the economy of Diocletian. My friend,
Emperor Diocletian, needs to know how money is moving through his city and
what better way to find out than to talk with the people who are moving the
money! There are many vendors within those city walls, but there are a few
that he considers to be key in the financial success of his great town. If
you could please check in on them and see how they are doing I would be
willing to reward you for your efforts! Prepare yourself to visit places
you may not have known existed, and to see wares that will dazzle and amaze!
