This quest is called 'Runic Building Inspection.', for Adventurers levels 10 to 60.
Description of Runic Building Inspection.:
It has been brought to my attention that some of the buildings under my rule
are not in the best of shape. Walls are crumbling, windows are broken,
roofs are collapsing, and my people are not happy about it! I need someone
to go around my realm making a list of all the buildings in need of repairs.
Be scrupulous in your observations. The smallest flaw can bring down an
entire building! This is a very important task and must be completed post-
haste! Report your findings to the Captain of my guards before you report
back to me. May the powers guide and protect you!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 40 quest points, 4 practice points, 15000 experience points, and 10000 gold pieces.
