This quest [31829] is called 'Greatest Costume Ever',

The All Spirits' Eve Costume Contest will be here soon and I still have to
decide on a costume to wear this year. One of the costume ideas I have been
thinking about is one of my childhood favorite heroes, The Crimson Whip. He
was an action hero that wore a leather outfit with a crimson cape and fought
crime with a whip. I think if I dressed up like him I could win the contest
for sure!
