Description of Candy Cane Contest:
I have just received word that Lord Agrippa is starting preparation for his
annual Candy Cane Contest. We came very close to winning last year, and I
can all but guarantee we will win it this year with your help. Please go
and inform the shop keepers that represent New Rigel every year. Then, go
and Tell Lord Agrippa that we are ready. Finally, go to the other towns
participating and get as much information as you can before reporting back
to me.
